Where to begin...this year has been tumultuous, stressful, intense, emotional, and a million other things. I have also been able to reflect upon a lot of positives from this year.  As a professional communicator, it is incredibly important for one to truly understand and know one's self. 

What is your intention? What is your motivation? What moves you? From an emotive perspective, what drives the way you communicate?

Here's what I learned about myself this year: I am way more sensitive and emotional than I realized. I've found I care deeply about the things that interest me, and this year has truly allowed me to explore that idea. 

It is important to care, and understand one's emotions when communicating effectively.
